Disappointed this weekend in witnessing three separate incidents. One, people on my street somehow feel its okay to park in the driveways of homes that are for sale, or unoccupied, not seeming to care that someone owns that property. Two, I dropped by Stripes on Broadway this morning to get the Sunday paper, and a child in the passenger seat of an SUV (probably 6-7 years old) not in a child safety seat, turned on music loud enough wake people a mile away. His father was easy to spot inside the store, who didnt seem to be bothered, and when he went into his vehicle, he turned it down only enough so that it could be heard a half mile away. Third, three teens walked down my street, (they do not live on this street); one was drinking a gaterade, and when finished, simply tossed the empty bottle on the ground. Is it just me? Am I over reacting? Do I have values that no longer exist?
