Discovery Southeasts Outdoor Explorers summer camp had a great time whale watching with Gastineau Guiding Company!!!! You even can hear the whales at the beginning thanks to an underwater microphone. Its awesome! This weeks theme was Journey Downstream. We caught some cool aquatic insects with the Fish and Wildlife Service, cooked sockeye over a camp fire, and spent every day playing and exploring outside. Oh, and we saw some whales. Cant be beat!
