Diving Incident, Port St Mary, Isle of Man At 15:09 this afternoon Liverpool Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre received a call from a rigid-hulled inflatable boat (Rhib) reporting that one of their three divers needed urgent medical attention as they were unconscious and not responding. The Rhib was making its way back into Port St. Mary and asked to be met by an ambulance. The RNLI lifeboat based at Port St. Mary was sent by the Coastguard to meet the Rhib and escorted it back to the harbour. The diver received immediate medical attention but was confirmed as deceased at the scene.
