Does anybody else know anything about what hes saying? Is this true? That after Citizens United and the McCutcheon decisions the Supreme Court brought in these new laws on their own basically? Im trying to learn as much as I can about how our Government works versus how it was set up to work! One of the biggest things Im finding, and this is coming from BOTH parties ( ! ), is they both like to point out how the Other Party is doing something Unconstitutional! Has anybody else noticed this also? Of course you have!! Youre not stupid! The Only Telly Stupid thing I see happening now is this latest Republican scam going on in Virginia, Kansas, North & South Dakota over in the swing States. Their latest Scam to pull on American Citizens, since their re-Districting or in the Real World, we call it Cheating, Lying, Scamming to get the voters they want, Gerrymandering. Everybody knows what it Really is! But the republican party just pretend that Americans are that stupid so they simply ignore anybody that doesnt agree with them. Anyway, since their last few scams havent worked. This one is an oldie they are reviving for this years mid-terms. Does anybody remember when Jeb Bush and Karen Halsey (Im not sure of the spelling) accused people in Florida in 2006 when Bush STOLE the election from AL Gore of double voting? Well, lil ol Jebbie boy had to make sure that Bush got his election! So he came up with this scheme of invalidating ALL THESE VOTES!! He accused, what came out to be 80,000 voters of fraud. Thats how many people he accused of committing voter fraud! Except-do you ever remember hearing of ANYBODY being prosecuted for fraud from this?! ***ANYBODY AT ALL?!!!! EVER?!!! OUT OF THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA?!! REALLY?!! NOT ONE?!!**** Im sorry. Im getting tired now. So Im beginning to lose my facts again to that damn fibro fog! I do remember that they dropped so many votes so that Bush came within 500 votes of Al Gore that they had to do a recount. Then sometime during the recount Someone, I dont know who the hell would have the authority to stop a recount!!, told them to stop the recount because they had decided that Bush had won the election. Really?! They decided before the counting was finished even? They must have been psychics. Anyway, now the republicans are bringing back this scheme of accusing voters of double voting. But its only in the swing States. And its only criteria for this list of voters according to the republicans is that your name matches another name in another State. Not your Social Security number. Just your name. Thats all. As long as it sounds like its African American, Asian, or Asian American. Thats their criteria for their accusation. And they are getting away with it. Who are you going to go to? The Supreme Court? Thats a joke! They are bought and paid for! They should wear sponsorship jackets also, like Congress! 5 of the 8 wouldnt be able to put their Justice robes on anymore if we got that law passed!!! Wouldnt that be great?!!
