Drinking your calories and still not losing weight? SODA could be a cause! Soda is far and away one of the worst fat loss killers I know. It is a complete sabotage for your diet. A can of cola has 150 calories, no nutritional value, a ton of chemicals and 50g of sugar! You’re drinking diet soda, you say? They’ve been directly linked to fat gain, Type 2 diabetes and cancer. Diet colas are also messing with your insulin levels and insulin resistance. -- Drink water! --- If you’re seriously addicted to your soda, cut back by half each week until you’ve kicked the habit.
