EFFORTS TONIGHT ... please note that there is no efforts session tonight, and for the foreseeable future! I have recently retired as efforts coach after 3.50 years, and it may take a while for the club to find another coach/coaches willing to take on/share this responsibility. I know that club chairman Mike Hall is keen to hear from any interested parties, and I am happy to provide any advice/assistance sought. I have thoroughly enjoyed coaching during this period, and it has been very satisfying to see the improvement made by the majority of the regulars attending. I would particularly like to thank Natasha Slow, Erica Wilson, Ben Muggridge, Patrick Bermingham and Martin Noakes for their support.
