He Modifies and transforms it to make it more habitable. It is with this in mind that Engr. (Dr.) Muttaqha Darma is initiated, or dances his Pen, Energy, Materials and Means to develop Katsina state. For long , women and children have been silently suffering from all sorts of neglect, leading to denials of their right to exhibi their potentials and contributing same towards the development of this country.This tendency contradicts the popularly accepted notion that women and children ae no doubt the pillars of societal development. While the future of the nation depends on the children who are the leaders of tomorrow, the ability of the childrren to take and discharge this responsibility depends on how well they are trained at home and environment by the parents the leades who are loving the development of the society. All that is required for these children is proper up-bringing to enable them become useful citizens.No doubt, our future leaders require basic amenities to make life meaningful to them. It is for this that Dr. Darma is committed towards providing good medical care, education and of course food and shelter to whoever deserve to assist.
