EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. Vicv8s are PROPOSING to hold an information night at The Manhattan Hotel, Ringwood on the 2nd December, 2013. This event will be for prospective non competitive and competitive members to gain an understanding of who we are and what we are about. All current members are invited to attend. We have no idea how many people would attend such a night, but we will give it a go. The SPECIFIC intent is to answer all the questions from prospective members which Mark answers via email ordinarily, but do it in person, and to meet the new members already in the club that have not as yet been to the track to compete, and have therefore not met existing members. We would kick off at 8pm, in the Pokie Board Room, have a short presentation, Q & A, and then mingle. There will be copies of the Sporting regs on hand, Membership Application forms, and finger foods will be put on. Anyone wanting a full meal can eat in the Bistro prior to the meeting kicking off. The food is pretty damned good. It is essential that we have an indication from anyone interested as to attendance, for catering purposes.
