Earlier in the week I received a phone call from a friend who told me of a family who had lost their son to suicide less than 2 weeks ago. He had talked to them that morning & told them about our B/N Bloomington/Normal Walk, & our family & asked if they would want to talk to other survivor parents? I have spoken with this family several times in the last few days. Unless you have been in their shoes, you have no way of comprehending what they are going through!!! We have been successful in finding them a Support Group that is specific to the loss of a loved one by suicide. Please keep this family in your thoughts & prayers!!
