Eating fat does not make you fat...UNLESS you are eating in excess of your expended calories per day. It is easier to consume excess calories on a higher fat diet as there are 9 calories per gram of fat compared to 4 in carbs and proteins. However, FAT IS ESSENTIAL for our our bodies and hormones to function correctly. Please toss out the stupid myths that Fats, Carbs, or Protein are bad. They are ALL our best friends and when used strategically, can aid us in reaching our goals! :)
