Employer Petrofac International Ltd. Sharjah, UAE is not clearing my final settlement due as per contract / appointment letter. I had various email communications in more than three months, with companies’ HR but no conclusion so far. I am permanent employer of Petrofac International Ltd., Sharjah, They sent me from Asab (Abu Dhabi) to India on 29/11/2012 on my rotation leave / for demobilization but the same time they had cancelled my resident visa, during and before my leave period they informed me that after leave complete you will be on long leave if there is no assignment, and our department (CRG) will be in contact and update for new assignment but after leave completed they kept on long leave for 8-10 days only and then they sent me termination letter through email dated 07/01/2013 w.e.f 24/12/2012. My large amount claims are not being paid so far even after various communications when I was on duty in UAE and also same during Jan.2013 to Mid-April2013 almost three and half months. Even HR has realized that I had salary loss during my services period 25 months out of total service 33 months not paid me HRA as per employment letter, contract and subsequent email correspondence that time in which HR has confirmed that there will no contract will be conditions change while they were sending me on site, even due married status my wife visa processed. Due to this unfair termination and not being cleared my final settlement claim I am facing problem to clear my loan dues in UAE. I have engaged a lawyer in month March’2013 (A Law Firm - Carter Hoppe Consultant Dubai) in Dubai and paid fee AED 9000 but now telling that they cannot fight my case, instead they should work as a my lawyer he had played role as an agent of my employer and not file my case in UAE labor court so far and demanding further charges which I can not pay more as I do not have more money now. The following persons are main accuse who are responsible to misguided company to breaches of contract (Employment) and loss me around AED 2500000 during my services tenure and also still they are not clearing my final settlement dues as per contract. 1.
