Esperance Armed Robbery - Esperance Detectives are investigating an armed robbery at the Jax Snax fish and chip shop in Esperance yesterday afternoon. At around 12:45 pm on Sunday 9 November 2014 a man walked into the James Street store and demanded that the 15 year old male store attendant open the till. He then produced a small pocket knife demanding that the till be opened by the store attendant. The store attendant backed away as the man grabbed the till and ran off with it. Police are appealing for information regarding the identity of the man. He is described as being fair skinned, 25 – 35 years old, approximately 175cm tall, with a slim build, dark short hair, and was wearing a blue hoodie, grey shorts and white runners.
