Even though Salim isn’t a big name in the juniors circuit, Edster Sy, organizer of the Philippine Secondary Schools Basketball Championship (PSSBC) where Chiang Kai Shek College also plays, spoke highly of the forward. “He is a versatile and hardworking forward who knows how to attack in the post, facing the basket and even hit outside shots consistently,” said Sy, also a skills and conditioning coach of Headstart Sports Academy.
