Experience is the best teacher and what experience teaches is knowledge and i have leart very well from the knowledge values of human experience.To manage human differences.someone or a nation or the international community has to be very experienced in human relationship and should not be ruled by superstitions.hearsays.gossips.group conspiracy and gang ups.These human differences comes inform of a very differentiated valued individuals and personalitiesof exceptional reference.strange values that had never been witnessed in the history of the society and bizares as new development unseen before in the society.These differences are viewed in undeveloped societies.the uncivilized as evilhence.rdfered and treated with all sorts of evil remarks and suppressed until its evidence in process is lost.Even when the very takes benefits of this values in procdss.the hatred as prejudiceupon it informs no evidence of truth but shame and the shame drives every progress of the value down to no effecs.The inability of undveloped societies to manage human difference creates misunderstanding that processes suppression in effects.Human difference is the major factor in human developmental advancement.If any human difference is evil.it will be hated totally and no one will want to be likened.related or benefit from it but when a human difference forms the desire.interest and benefit of everybody.to the extent that people impersonates to claim ownership of the values.steals from the product of the value then the difference is developmental and not evil..Hence should not be suppressed but encouraged to live in glory of human development.It is the duty of developed nations the civilized nations of this world .wio have seen greater human differences.strangeness and bizare and developed out of human difference.to assist the undeveloped nations.the uncivilizf natinns of this world to manage human difference they found in their midst before the situation escallates to greater misunderstanding of evil practices.. . .
