FAQ 7: What does the application process consist of? An On-line application form which consists of personal information, motivation & competency questions. If this is successful you will be invited to undertake an on-line test, and if you pass that you will be considered for a place at one of our assessment centres. FAQ 7b: Why cant you guarantee me a place at an assessment centre? In some locations we will have far more applicants who reach the awaiting assessment centre stage than we need to see in order to fill the number of vacancies we have in that location. Therefore we will invite those who performed strongest on their application form and on-line tests.
