FB Rant Alert: Was just sent an email to login to an online health portal to retrieve my doctors test results. Needless to say, the results were missing and the info was spotty. Called my doctors office & convo listed below: Me: Why are the results missing? Nurse: The site is not caught up on its design, so we are waiting for it to be done so we can finish adding in the information. Me: Why was I sent this to login and access when its not finished. Nurse: Ummm....its out of our control...we dont run the program. Me: Im sorry.....who does? Is this an Obamacare website? Nurse: Yes, maam it is & by law we have to register all our patients through it. Me: Is my information private....AKA, Can the government see my test results & personal information? Is this site in contradiction to your HIPAA forms? Nurse: Unfortunately, I cant answer that question..... WHATTTTTTT??????
