FB friends, Im in need of your culinary assistance! I like to keep my meals relatively low in sodium, sugar and chemicals. Although certain times of the year, a peanut m&m has passed my lips!!! LOL! But Im terribly tired of my usual fare. The internet is useless in this case as most people are stumped when it comes to creating a meal under 300 calories. You either get all salad recipes, a few stir frys OR and I find this amusing...suggestions for eating teeny portions of incredibly caloric meals. Such as 1 enchilada. No sides, just an enchilada...thats your meal. Oh my. Anyone out there crafting delicious, healthy meals under 300 calories that dont use boxes, cans or bags of pre-prepared food? If so, are you willing to share?? Thanks!!!
