FIELD LOAN OFFICERS WANTED -GWERU,HARARE,MUTARE An innovative, peculiar player in the microfinance sector, First Choice Finance (Private) Limited (FCF) is a registered Micro Finance Institution (MFI). The company provides enterprise loans to the urban poor, mainly women and the youth, who would ordinarily not have access to any financial services. The Field Loans Officer is pivotal in the provision of this service and is the company’s focal person, who interacts daily with these clients. This is a field position that entails among others, recruiting of clients, client monitoring and evaluation, disbursing of loans to clients as well as collecting repayments from same. • Experience in field work or a similar position is an added advantage not a must • Strong communication and inter personal skills. • Strong physical strength as most of the time is spent in the field interacting with different types of clients with different backgrounds. • Banking and Finance, Social Sciences, Marketing qualification or equal.
