FITNESS CHALLENGE OF THE DAY!!! You dont even have to put workout clothes on! 4 rounds of 1. 8 backward lunges with high knee drive/per leg. 2. Squat walks- 20 steps/leg... Stay in a squat, chest up, flat back! 3. 25 dumbbell crunches 4. 12-15 bent over bent arm dumbbell flyes (squat, tilt forward by the hips, not your back... Be sure to hold in your core real tight and keep your back flat)!!! Give yourself 15-20 minutes! Knock out 4 rounds!
