Family & Friends: Ashley Lawson is working with a group here to send care packages over seas to her brother-in-law and his buddies who are serving our country. What she wants/needs from you are LETTERS of encouragement. She said the letters, especially those from KIDS asking questions helped make their efforts feel encouraging. Please write a letter, and/or have your kids write a letter to a Soldier and send to me, or her. She will be sending a return envelope so they will be able to write back. Hmmm WRITE! Yes, we still do that and teach that in schools. If you work with groups (classroom, church youth group, etc) and want those letters to come to you for safety and/or sharing, please put the address you wish them to be sent. Also, if you would like a specific soldier, email Ashley or myself and we can get you what you want/ need.
