Feedback greatly appreciated; So outside agent (from Corona) calls me after I spoke to some relatives about selling their home in my area. Sellers mentioned her and asked me if I would be willing to co-list with her. After thinking about it, I said it would be fine. Heres the problem, the agent calls me and wants to offer me a referral fee to just be available to show the house and be present at time of inspections and appraisal. I thought about it for a second and told her that I appreciated her offer, but that I would be willing to co-list the home and obviously service the listing as if it was my only listing and she would make half of the listing agreement without doing anything. She said take the referral fee or nothing at all I thank her and told her my time and talent is worth a lot more. What would you have done? Not to mentioned the sellers are surprise that I was willing yo co-list and she wasnt
