Feel like I need to give a shout out to Al McDonagh. Partnering with Captain Jacked has been nothing but a great experience from Day 1. Customer service that is like things used to be in the old days, someone that actually cares on the other end. Random messages just to see how my day is or how training is going. Tons of support shown for all my crew on a regular basis. The random surprises and captain jacked gear that I find in with my orders. When I first started UTB, I had partnered with another well known supplement company, that first year I dont recall ever hearing thank you and the one time I ask about a t-shirt, I got billed $25 for it after ordering thousands of dollars in product.
