First...let me say this the only aspect of fatherhood under discussed in the black community is positive fatherhood. By all accounts Lebron is a visibly involved father. If we are going to ask celebrities to be examples.. Well.. Nass daughter just started a lip gloss line, Jay z is seen with Blue more than with Bleek, puffy donates to his sons college and by son I mean the one hes always with who is NOT his biologically,... Thats just celebrities. How about in real life. Ask me and my cousins about George Bronson. My fathers father. My dad Michael Shelton is great. But I also had Ced T Thomas-Norton Tommie Jones Marion Rhodes and more ton look up to. None of us is perfect but I have great examples. Not everyone does but we have to shine that light. I know plenty of men raising kids the best they know how like Tab Christopher Hollins Chris Pearson William Jerome Barnes II Reggie Freeman Dra Anderson Dijante Fowler Leonard M. Richards II Terrance Mitchell Robert Crear II Kendall Williams Duane Shepard Antwan Leon Sr. Lemuel Holloway Jr. Will Barker Reginald LeCounte Nathaniel Fox Tee El Tee Marques MD Shelton and I could name a hundred more. It isnt easy but we do it and since Mr. Rivera is clueless that the introduction of black people in America is as victims, the civil rights movement a response to victimization, the fact that the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT had to be signed because clearly the guarantees of THE BILL OF RIGHTS were being ignored...on behalf of black fathers Mr. Rivera our friends and children are being murdered in the streets and since you dont care about that we will raise our kids without your input.. #icantbreathe #isalutefathers #mydaddydidntneedatshirt #ifitaggedyouthankyou #ifimissedyouthankyou
