Keep Going Forward Philippians 3:12-21 12 Not as though I [Paul] had already attained [gained, achieved], either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend [know] that for which also I am apprehended [known] of Christ Jesus. 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended [known]: BUT THIS ONE THING I DO, FORGETTING THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND,AND REACHING FORTH UNTO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEFORE, 14 I PRESS TOWARD THE MARK FOR THE PRIZE OF THE HIGH CALLING OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, GOD SHALL REVEAL EVEN THIS UNTO YOU. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained [gained, achieved] , LET US WALK BY THE SAME RULE, LET US MIND THE SAME THING. 17 BRETHREN [believers in The Gospel of Grace; the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of all sins], BE FOLLOWERS TOGETHER OF ME [Paul], AND MARK THEM WHICH WALK SO AS YE HAVE US FOR AN ENSAMPLE. For the Apostle Paul walked in faith [trusted, believed, which is to have faith] in The Gospel of Grace; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of all sins! Therefore he was filled, sealed, with The Holy Spirit and walked with The Holy Spirit [Paul obeyed, followed, listened, to The Holy Spirit]. The Apostle Paul an awesome example of walking in faith! Hebrews 11:1 NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. FAITH IS TRUSTING, BELIEVING, TAKING ALMIGHTY GOD, JESUS CHRIST, AT HIS WORD. NOTHING ADDED, NOTHING TAKEN AWAY. PLUS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE AND NO OTHER WAY. Galatians 5:24 AND THEY THAT ARE CHRISTS [through faith in The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4] have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He [God The Father] hath made Him [God The Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior] to be sin for us, Who knew no sin; THAT WE MIGHT BE MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM. Ephesians 2:8 For BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED THROUGH FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is THE GIFT of God: Ephesians 1:7 In Whom [Jesus Christ] we have redemption through His blood, THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS, according to the riches of His grace; Romans 11:6 Amplified Bible (AMP) But IF it is BY GRACE (His [Gods] unmerited favor and graciousness), it is no longer conditioned on works OR ANYTHING MEN HAVE DONE. OTHERWISE, GRACE WOULD NO LONGER BE GRACE [it would be meaningless]. Galatians 5:22-26 22 But the fruit of the Spirit [The Holy Spirit] is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 AND THEY THAT ARE CHRISTS [through faith in The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4] have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If [by choice] we live in the Spirit [The Holy Spirit], let us also walk in the Spirit [The Holy Spirit]. 26 LET US NOT BE DESIROUS OF VAIN GLORY, PROVOKING ONE ANOTHER, ENVYING ONE ANOTHER. Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit [The Holy Spirit], and the Spirit [The Holy Spirit] against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: SO THAT YE CANNOT DO THE THINGS THAT YE WOULD. For to walk in The Holy Spirit we must have The Holy Spirit within us! We are baptized, sealed, with The Holy Spirit by Jesus Christ [and absolutely no one else] after we have faith in The Gospel of Grace [the Gospel of our salvation] and absolutely no other way. Ephesians 1:13 In Whom [Jesus Christ] ye also TRUSTED [a choice to believed which is to have faith], AFTER that ye heard [by choice we heard] the word of truth, THE GOSPEL OF YOUR SALVATION [The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4]: in Whom [Jesus Christ] also AFTER THAT YE BELIEVED [by choice to Trusted, have Faith], YE WERE [a fact] SEALED WITH THAT HOLY SPIRIT OF PROMISE [only Jesus Christ seals us with The Holy Spirit and absolutely no one else and absolutely no other way], The Gospel of our salvation, The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 1 Moreover, brethren, I [Paul] declare unto you THE GOSPEL [The Gospel of Grace] which I [Paul] preached unto you, which also ye have received [believed], and wherein ye stand [trust which is to have FAITH]; 2 By which also YE ARE SAVED [saved from The Tribulation, Hell, and The Lake of Fire], IF [conditional by choice of Faith] YE KEEP IN MEMORY [Believe, Trust which is to have Faith] what I [Paul] preached unto you, UNLESS ye have believed in vain [having no meaning or likelihood of fulfillment]. 3 [This is The Gospel of Grace] For I [Paul] delivered unto you first of all that which I received [Pauls own Faith in The Gospel of Grace, which Paul received from Jesus Christ], HOW THAT CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS [for the forgiveness of all sins: past, present, future] according to the scriptures, [the prophesies in the Old Testament concerning the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior]; 4 And that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Romans 10:9 That IF [a choice] thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus [confessing Jesus Christ Lord having power and authority over us, Gods will, therefore our Lord], AND SHALT BELIEVE [a choice to trust, have faith] in thine heart that God [God The Father and God The Holy Spirit] hath raised Him [Jesus Christ, God The Son] from the dead [The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF ALL SINS, past, present, future], THOU SHALT BE SAVED [Salvation from Hell, The Tribulation, and The Lake of Fire]. The Rapture: 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 51 Behold, I [Paul] shew you a mystery [a mystery, the mystery of The Rapture]; We [believers in The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4] SHALL NOT ALL SLEEP [die], BUT WE SHALL ALL [all the believers in The Gospel of Grace, the dead and alive] BE CHANGED [to an eternal heavenly body], 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead [believers in The Gospel of Grace: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 who have died] SHALL BE RAISED [The Rapture] INCORRUPTIBLE [with an eternal heavenly body], AND WE SHALL BE CHANGED [the believers in The Gospel of Grace, the dead and alive]. 53 For this corruptible [body of flesh] must put on incorruption [an eternal heavenly body], and this mortal [our bodies prone to death] must put on immortality [an eternal heavenly body]. YES!!! John 14:6 JESUS SAITH UNTO HIM, I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE: NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER, BUT BY ME. Hebrews 11:6 BUT WITHOUT FAITH [to trust, to believe] IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM [our Almighty God]: FOR HE THAT COMETH TO GOD MUST BELIEVE [trust which is to have faith] THAT HE IS, AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THEM THAT DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM. A CHOICE THAT ONLY YOU CAN MAKE AND NO ONE ELSE! Think about it!
