First off I will say Im not a big cat fan. They are OK but I like goats and chickens. Second I love being outside. If Im not working in some ones yard. Im working in mine. Im not one for just setting inside all day. But now I go out side to work. I see people speeding and know the only cat that I ever did like is in a hole now. I 100% understand we live on a busy road. But if people would go the speed limit it sure would help. Its just not my cat. Its the kids at the bus stops. Its the lodges that walk on the side of the road and some times in the middle of the road. When you are driving its also your responsibility to watch out for others. As I drive down the road at the speed limit or under the speed limit most of the time. My eyes scan the road side to side. Watching for cats, dogs, squires, kids, cars, and any thing else that might come across my path. I went out side earlier to split wood. Most of the people was doing OK. But some are still speeding. Its just makes me hate to be out in the yard. I want our town to be safe. It aggravates me so much for that Mayors assistant to stand there and tell me she has no idea that there is a speeding problem. So does this mean the mayor also has no idea about this problem. Or do they just not communicate at all? Lets stay in town and stop going to all of these meeting in Fort Smith and Little Rock and find out what is going on in our own town. Lets fix this problem.
