First off, Id like to say thank you to all who have liked the page so far, your guys support is incredibly appreciated and you are all awesome. Heres the first poem,I ever wrote and liked, this one has a special place in my heart, and I hope you guys enjoy it. Across the ocean, I hear her screams Of what will happen and what will be We watch together, miles apart As society crashes in front of us I feel your breath on my side Why cant I cry? The high tide rises on the shore Takes the shells back home and puts the seagulls in flight Every minute without you make me wanna die Puts a tear in mine and yours eye Across the ocean, I hear his cries They make me want to die Why did this happen to us? Dragged by family on a boat To see family, Im afloat Across the ocean, I hear her screams That isnt her screaming that would be me I wish she didnt leave I wish she stayed So we can spend time alone every day Across the oceans, we hear our screams We use each others sadness to get by I want us to be together forever, and I hope we are But this is where I say goodbye I love you, I love you too, goodbye, Ill miss you
