Fitness is most certainly a lifestyle. Its not something you try to fit in or fall off the wagon or forget to do. Fitness should be a part of you, a part of your day, a standing appointment with yourself every day. Why? Well thats for you to answer for yourself. We are all different in what drives us to live a healthy lifestyle. For me, this little guy is one of my whys. I will make darn sure I am the healthiest mommy to not only set a good example and teach my children, but to also be here for a long time with them and enjoy my quality of life. Its simple, its a choice. A choice you make each and every day your feet land on the floor. Is it easy to break bad habits? No, absolutely not, I am sensitive to that.
