For Telcos that have made a habit of sending several unsolicited text messages, Im at pains to understand why an SMS isnt sent to notify you when you exhaust your data bundle. Reverting to PayAsYouGo billing for data should not be automatic; certainly not without notice to the subscriber. But of course with much higher tariffs with PayAsYouGo, Telcos gladly deplete your airtime. Ill follow this with a formal complaint to NCA. This must stop!
