Attached thereto are letters to me from Deputy Secretary of SPYL, Comrade Veikko Nekundi, and Comrade Amupandas resignation letter. The said letters are also copied to Dr. Tjiriange, Chairperson of the SWAPO Party Disciplinary Committee and to Dr. Kawana, SWAPO Party Secretary for Legal Affairs.
