For those who are wondering... RE: 2 places I was to look at on the weekend. 1- the guy was a no show... 2- its a shed, JUST a shed, in the middle of nowhere, cant get a car to it... have to park your car about 4-5km away and either 4WD or motorbike to the shed, NO power anywhere near it, NO water to it (has a 20,000lt tank but no plumbing), NO phone anywhere near it, NO t.v. (no power anyway), NO mobile reception, NO toilet (of any kind), NO shower or anything resembling one, NO hot water, cant get a truck to it to get any furniture in, NO kitchen or sink of any kind, about 1hr from Agnes Water driving but only about 15km (as the crow flies). So that place is out of the question... Now back to square one. :/ Running out of time FAST!
