It also has zero extra funding implied or ask for to implement the programs that do nothing. It has provisions to train new psychologists with possibly 6 years of educational funding if they agree to work for the VA for four years after their training.That is 6 freaking years before any veteran SEES AN INCREASE TO MENTAL HEALTH HELP OR CARE. bUT LIKE i SAID BEFORE THERE IS ZERO FUNDING TO DO IT. It is another bullshit plan that says WE CAN DO THIS BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BY CUTTING SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE, AND KILL THE ACA. DOUG YOU ARE DESPICABLE.
