Fourth-inning rally sparks blowout win for the FALL Pirates, 16-7 The FALL Pirates blew out the Yankees - NALL 16-7 on Thursday at Union City after pouring on 12 runs in the fourth inning. The FALL Pirates scored in the fourth on an RBI single by Mike Leon, a three-run double by David Modelo, a wild pitch, an RBI double by Josh Rocha, an RBI single by Rey McKeiver, an RBI double by Angelo Gonzales, a two-run single by Mike, and an RBI single by Zack Hamilton. The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to five lead changes in the game. Mike racked up two RBIs on three hits for the FALL Pirates. Five relief pitchers made sure the win didnt fall through the cracks for the FALL Pirates. Mike faced seven batters in relief, while Gio Cilibrasi managed to record three outs to aid the victory. David Modelo broke out the big stick in this one with 4 RBIs on just 2 hits. Sam Visconti also had big day at the plate driving in 2 runs on his Triple to right field. David received a game ball for his efforts. Well with another win comes another game (5th overall) as we finally will see our Home Field Fremont American Little League for the first time all tournament tomorrow at 5:30. Our boys are on fire and this fire is eternal. Go Pirates!!!
