This judgment is based on them being the schmucks in this ACLU lawsuit. These ACLU lawsuits against religious displays are not protecting civil liberties, but absolutely actively assaulting them. Now if these witless jackasses wanted to come up with some alternative display of their petty little worldviews and asked to have them displayed around our courthouse, that would be asking for equal treatment and might be reasonable.
