Fri: So today is my bday. YAY!!! At first I wasnt too excited. In fact just another day but then my mum sent me a message abt the day I was born. it said: In Phoenix amidst a violent storm you made a grand entrance & you rose from within me like a Phoenix. You have had to weather many storms in your short life but you have grown into a woman who can do all things through God who strengthens her & its amazing how she strengthens others. Amid my tears in reading that I was fulfilled. Looking back, I have gone through storms & earthquakes that wud measure 10 on a richter scale. Read the book of my life and see Ive overcome it. I survived when no one thought I would & some hoped I wouldnt, I rose up from my lowest points when everything tried to keep me there & I overcame despite every shortcoming. AND that is WHY WE CELEBRATE. So in life - despite your storms - CHOOSE to rise up like a Phoenix, Choose to fight cos even though you are knocked down you are not knocked out. Choose to PICK UP YOUR MOMENTUM n keep moving despite the obstacles we face. Chhose to have FAITH because someday you will get to where you were meant to be & u will be strong enough to weather any storm. Remember: The brightest lightning-bolt is elicited from the darkest storm. Much lovies. Choose LIFE. Have a fanTASHtic weekend. Tash
