Frist thing frist, Im Neutral. Im not taken side,not YELOW and definitely not RED.,Im just normal thai citizen ,that love my country,love my king and most of all ,I love my sister and brother thai people inside and outside of thailand. As we all know ,whats thailand have been though in the last fews year and all of us thai people have been greatly affected by this political crisis. At this moment in time,Thailand is in a very bad situation and its Crucial. So i would like to call for all the press and all the people around the world , Please let not walk over and stumped on thailand, Lets give Thailand a helping hand and pull Thailand out of this political turmoil .Especially for all Thai people, We must joint together and be unite , We must stand up and fight together , We must fight against those whoever betrayed or have bad intent and try to destroy,Our country ,our Religion and our king. Ive seen the program: Lese majeste those who dare to defy the king that have been broadcasted by channel 4. I cant help been left feeling very disappointed ,Disappointed in channel 4 and even more Disappointed with Mr. John spark. Because what channel 4 broadcasted is very unfair to the king of Thailand and of course to all those who love and respect their king. Im sure Mr. Spark have spend a great deal of time working in Thailand but it seems to know so little.So i would like to take this opportunity to inform channel 4 and Mr. Spark , just Briefly about what is really happening in thailand right now.let take a look at the bigger picture and its going to take some times, also would like to apologies for the used of my very poor English . Lese Majeste is the laws decide to protected the Monarchy and all the member of royal family, It not only Thailand that currently used this laws and also in some country ,there are similar laws but it protected the head of state instead of the Monarchy. This is the list of the country that currently use Lese Majeste: Denmark, Natherlands,Norway,Spain,Kuwait,jordan,Morocco,Malaysia. As for Germany,Italy, Switzerland and poland used the similar laws to protected the head of state, In united kingdom,It had not been prosecuted anyone since 1715 but it just abolished the common law criminal offence of Sedition and Leasing making just 4 years a go 2010. Another country that former of Lese majeste is Japan. Section 112, Whoever defames,Insults, or Threatens and all the member of the royal family, Shell be punished with imprisonment of three to fifteen years. Now let be clear of one thing, all thai people and all those who have been to thailand and we all know thailand is the free country, Thailand is full of freedom, freedom of speech, Expression and Opinion. But its wrong to defames,insults or threatens someone,Anyone .let alone the king!! To understand why the monarchy is so importance to thailand ,we have to go back and understand thai history, thailand is only country that never been colonized ,Also in 1975 all the neighbouring countries include ,South Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia all fell to Communist forces , We are survived because we have good monarchy and strong army ,Whos always stayed royal . in the past thailand history, the communist party always tried to overthrow and abolished the monarchy system.to understand the communist movement in southeast asia ,you have to go back as early as 1926,China and soviet union played a big role .However about 1978-1979 the chinese agreement to end support of the thailand communist movement .In return,the thai authorities agreed to help and give safe haven to the Khmer rouge( Khmer rouge is support by the chinese)forces fleeing west following the invasion of cambodia.at this time the thai government also offered and amnesty to all thai communist(CPT) included housing,family reunion, and security. the (CPT) seems to disappear from the thai politic in the early 1990, But not completely. Still very few communist movement,Whos still tried to defames, destroy and tried to abolished the monarchy system. Every years,It have only been 4-5 case of lese Majeste, Section 112 during 1990-2005. But coincidently when the Red shirt was form in 2006, Lese majeste case has risen and increase rapidly some thing like 400 case, As for miss.Rose i suspected she have been work for some organisation ,i suspected she have been support and been paid by some organisation ,which have an office in bangkok,thailand. i suspected that Everything she have been post on her face book,include photo, you tube, video,the english writing and all the link are been feed to her by this organisation . Only thing that come from miss.Rose herself is, misleading information,false statement ,Accusation , Lie and foul language. I wonder if channel 4 or mr.Spark have done any research on this particular individual, I also very surprise and disappointed in face book for allowed such thing, She should be remove and be banned . All the things that she have been post on her face book,Indicate me that she have got a personally problem and she is mentally unstable,She is full of hates and bitterness , For someone to have said,The king and his family should be remove from his own country, i find that so laughable ,Personally i think she needed professional help and quick !!! Shame on channel 4 and Mr. spark ,for let Miss.Rose spoked out for all of us Thai people in a negative ,disrespectful and uncreative manner. i find it very inappropriate and irresponsible of channel 4. Back to lese majeste, Neither the king nor any member of the thai royal family, has ever personally filed any charges under this law. In fact ,during his birthday speech in 2005.The king encouraged criticism and this is his word: i must also be criticism, Im not afraid if the criticism concerns what i do wrong,Because then i know,He later add but the king can do wrong. This is his own word !! It show he is a good man ,so please not to over look his good nature. LONG LIVE MY KING,, Just for a good measure ,i going to add a little bit more about Democracy in thailand: Personally for me Democracy is the best form of government ,The best form of political system,It mean the rule of the people ideally focusing on opportunities for the people to control their leader and oust them with out the need of a revolution . But at this moment in time ,The democracy in thailand is not the Democracy that we all families with. Like many country ,Corruption is nothing new in Thailand, The bribery, the abuse of power for personal gain. The biggest ,riches political party, buy the most candidate ,this candidate been financially support to buy vote, from the poor thai people that not realise, they have been exploited. So what happen next is ,Of course this same political party always going to win vote and the election ,inside and outside Thailand parliament, there for they can manipulate every thing in thailand. So the democracy in thailand right now is Fake, False Democracy . So to frame miss.Rose or call her as the angel of democracy is incorrect.the angel of false democracy,more like it. Last but not least, Only one way out of this political turmoil is: all my sister and brother who are RED SHIRT must realise who is right and who is wrong in this situation, Please come and help us fight against those ,who betray our king,our country, please help us safe our beloved SIAM, The land of smile , Let fight for the future of our children and grand children ,,,,
