Do you?. ...RV’s, Yurts, and “Mini-Homes” on trailers are becoming more common place with one of the primary reason being to avoid building codes, which is unfortunate for the reasons stated previously. [Im going to comment here that most people who choose alternative living situations do so from economic reasons, not to avoid building codes.] The Building Official, John Geniuch, is planning on holding some public outreach to gather ideas and thoughts from San Juan County residents on how they would like their government to permit their use and I want to encourage you to participate as your situation is not uncommon.
