From the Clare County Animal Shelter... Late this afternoon a litter of FIVE 6-week-old puppies came in! The owner of the mother dog is disabled and cannot care for them. They were COVERED with fleas and were immediately whisked off for a flea bath, even before they were checked in, so I dont have photos yet. But there are 3 males and 2 females. One of the males is brindle, one is brindle-black, one of the females is black with white feet, and the other two are all black. They appear to be black lab with several different daddies, so they will be medium to large size when full grown. If you cant wait for pictures, feel free to stop by and cuddle them for yourself!
