Funnily, an internal Vodafone survey used these stats today and I couldnt help doing a quick Google search. Turns out, cynicism is all in fashion. At least for old school feminism. The claim that, for all women do, they own virtually nothing, is a call to global unity for women. But it is undermined by the fact that a large number of women are—lets face it—rich. So if global feminist unity is to be had, it wont be built on a shared poverty experience.
