GOOD MORNING JACKSON...Saturday.Fun Day....35 degrees here on the Ridge..Walked outside to get a Breath of Fresh Mountain..AIR..then came in and sat on my Deacons..Bench..and Talked and Prayed to..GOD and JESUS..Then thought of the Plateau....We are on now that That the excitement of Thansgiving is over..and how..now we will build up To a crescendo..till..Christmas comes..and much like life..we live from peak to peak..with the valleys in between..and I think that is why we Mountain Folk are so healthy mentally..we deal with going up and down these hills daily and have no time to be bored...And boredom is the one thing I detest..When I traveled the Great Plains as a young man..I hated the flatness and no scenery..just field after field..and was told that during the Depression the suicide rate was higher there than any where else in this country..But not here..in the mountains..where over every hill there is another scene..and adventure to be imagined...But for a few days we will experience this flatness..but Already..my thought are rising..Shopping yesterday in Lex..I came out of it..watching all the folks shopping for Christmas..and ate at a new Hamburger Place called..Red Robin..and it was good..but no comparison to..The Five Guys..Thats why we find a place we are satisfied at..should stick with it..just as with our friends and Mate for Life..once found why look else where...because familiarity is the key to genuine Happiness... I know I get carried away with these metaphors..and can be boring..but just Trying to express my musings so they dont sound insane..Went to the Mall and Super Wal-Mart..and Costco..and Black Friday must have been over with..A clerk told me folks were shopping by the Internet..where..they can order at the same low prices and have them shipped home free this time of the year..So..FB..has even changed our methods of shopping..But I still like walking among live folks and seeing the pretty lights and decorations..in person..it gets you in the Christmas mood..But its Saturday our Fun Day..so get out and dont fall in to the dumdrums..Ive mentioned..Well now that ..this..short post about nothing has been wrote..I will close..with my mind excited and revved..up..to get out again today..just cant sit still...and ask you to get up and thank GOD and JESUS for another day of..LIFE..and to Talk and Pray for their guidance..and to Meditate to receive their Blessings through your Soul and Spirit..and to be kind and nice..and to do..Something Nice for Someone..ELSE..be positive and enjoy and have a happy fun weekend..and above All dont get Bored..and..I..WILL TALK LATER.....LOVE JERRY....
