GUCI is more than just a summer camp! URJ Goldman Union Camp Institute (GUCI) is a community in which it’s cool to be Jewish. Through activities designed to help build friendships and promote Jewish learning and living, GUCI campers are part of a dynamic Jewish “family.” Past and present GUCI campers attest that the magic of GUCI lasts a lifetime! GUCI’s program of activities, arts, sports, study, recreation, and fun for boys and girls entering grades 3 through 10. Campers participate in this unique community for either one of two 27-day sessions. Each session includes special programs, trips out of camp, Tikkun Olam, amazing Shabbat celebrations, and creative Jewish educational programs and experiences. The results are sessions filled with ruach (spirit) and enthusiasm, learning and living Reform Judaism, and creating life-long friendships. GUCI has something for everyone.
