Garlic Dill Pickles 3-cups 5% Apple Cider Vinegar 8-cups water 2/3-cup Pickling Salt 2-cloves of Garlic on bottom and top of Cucumbers 1-bunch Dill on Bottom and top of Cucumbers Cucumbers to fill jars Bring top 3 ingredients to a rolling boil While that is cooking put bottom 3 ingredients in hot jars Garlic is optional Put flat lids in a bowl with boiling water on them Once top 3 ingredients are boiling pour in jars Put lids on and put through a cycle of the dish washer To make them “Hot Pickles” add 1 or 2 long red peppers (any kind, they should be thin) to the jars.
