Gnocchi. At Ruskoka camp gnocchi dinner is served every year, ones I believe. Somehow, I didn’t understand what’s “the big deal” with unfamiliar to me gnocchi. Until yesterday. Yesterday I made them for dinner, thanks to Tatjana Cuk. T A S T Y! It wasn`t time consuming as I previously thought and here is why: I didn`t roll them onto fork. I have a wavy dough cutter, so I cut them with it and that was good enough for me and my pasta. Also, I don’t have the talked about potato ricer - I just used my nice potato masher and mashed it well. One more thing - it is very important to use BAKING potatoes in this recipe.
