Going to watch Ever After for the 1000th time. So, I can bawl my eyes out happy that, at least in the movies, the prince goes after, and is persistant, for a woman that reads, is smart, a hardworker, independent, and appreciates her efforts. And, despite others efforts to be manipulative and vindictive, the prince does whats right, and she gets what she deserves: commitment, love, and marriage. Even though I know its a movie, I get so damn hopeful for myself after I watch this while I wipe my tears with steak and rice krispies treats. Lol Before you roll your eyes, I will tell you that I do what I need to do to make it through the day. I am sharing this because we all have that one thing that makes us feel better. Do what you have to do to get through your day with a smile on your face. Look at kittens, play with puppies, jump on the bed, boogy your fanny until you laugh. Be free to be you. Believe it or not, it gives other people courage to do the same. :) Joshua 1:9 This is my command--be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged.
