Golden Retriever jumps a 5 food fence and attacks. This is the 2nd recorded attack by the dog. The original attack was "dismissed" because the owner had up a "beware of dog" sign. Having a sign, with a fence short enough for your dog to jump is not responsible. Having a dog of ANY breed that you know will attack and not addressing that is negligent and criminal. A later report stated the dog was put down and the owner was cited for not having it vaccinated for rabies and registered. Criminal charges were not filed because he had the dog destroyed.
