Unlike most retailers who offer a free delivery service which is 3-5 days our free service is 24-48 hours!! 2. Our customer service. As a small family business we are able to offer a much more personal customer service where you can easily speak to the same person each time without having to explain things over and over. 3. Our ease of contact. Unlike a lot of retailers where you go through a call centre with a premium rate number. You can contact our office which is the same one that has dealt with and despatched your order on a local rate number and we are also available via the page, email, ebay and Skype.
