Good day my very dear sisters and brothers. Please spare me a few minutes of your day- to read and process every word below. I am running to become the next Senator representing Ekiti South Senatorial District come 2015 to effectively represent Ekiti South Senatorial District and the entire nation because governance and representation in the National Assembly have failed us in Nigeria over the years. I am spiritually, intellectually, mentally, psychologically, emotionally prepared, and strategically positioned for the contest and firmly believe that because I sincerely aim to be different, it will come to pass effortlessly and miraculously by Gods grace. I have successfully concluded the “research”, “listening”, “analysis”, “decision”, and “underground consultation” phases and moving confidently into the formal “Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms” pick up, “concentrated and focused, open consultations” phase leading to “formal declarations of intent and presentation of manifesto” in each of the six (6) LGA’s in my Senatorial District. By choice, to maintain neutrality, and to enable me focus on Nigeria above self, I do not have a Godfather in this election, neither do I have a major sponsor to give me the several millions required. It is not going to be an easy race as I face those who have refused to fix governance, who have repeatedly let their constituency down, who have repeatedly enriched themselves at our expense, and who treat elective/appointive positions as a birthright they must hold on to by hook or crook including but not limited to, through violent means. I however believe that I have friends and people who are close to me, who know what my stewardship in the Senate represents, who believe that I can be the difference they also desire to be for Nigeria, and who can invest in me to do on their behalf what they would love to do for Nigeria. In order to win this race and serve my people, we would have to conduct an aggressive campaign through an organized grassroots team. The campaign is going into a critical stage and as we approach the primaries, I invite you to kindly participate in crowd funding my strategic preparations for the election. I cannot do it alone, so I am turning to people who know me best to get involved in my campaign and help make a difference. No help is too small.
