Good morning!! First workout of 2015 in the books this morning :) and it was LEG DAY! LOL I *just* got over my DOMS from butt day & now Ill be sore again. However, I know its all for a good cause! LOL I had a rest day yesterday, but I tried to follow the Fighter Diet meal plan as closely as possible while out at parties and at dinner with friends. I am excited to learn more about it & follow it to a T!! I want to WIN this competition!!
