Good morning everyone, bit of a dirty day here, rain and plenty more up there by the looks of the colour of the sky, GREY !!! understatement of the week. Anyways you all make sure you have a good day now. Just having a look to see what I fancy for my main meal. Think it will be poached salmon with mash and few peas. I have a pack of cabbage and leek perhaps I will throw some of that on the plate too. Tubs of parsley sauce from £1 shop, makes a nice topping on the salmon. Fresh fruit. Still have a giant cooking apple and some blackberries. Popped into micro then sprinkled with brown sugar in the halogen to crispy/brown off makes a tasty dessert. Pop the blackberries into the centre and round the apple. Nothing on top as it deflects from the lovely taste of apple and blackberries. One of my favourites and so quick and easy. I am such a lazy cooker, buy prepared veg, Marks, plus their salmon fillets. Tasty meal, minimum of effort. Preparation for tonights meal.............core the apple, bung sugar in the hole. Boil the kettle to make the parsley sauce, oh and I have a little tub of chopped parsley in the freezer, gives the sauce that little something. Thats me, all go ennit ??????? Today I say Thank You to God for making my hands more flexible and easing the stiffness and ache. Today I can hit these keys without cursing. So there you have it, couple of days cursing then A hearty thank you to my Maker for the relief. Bless you one and all, you have a nice day now. I shall be taking it easy. Waiting for a couple of parcels and a prescription delivery. xxxxxxxxxxx Not forgetting our little walkies. My lovely little girl and me, rain or shine. Almost forgot she came to the bed to nudge me around 7 a.m.. Reached out to fuss her and she was soaked. Poor little mite been downstairs and out the back to toilet herself. So it was out of bed for me to dry her and change her bed cover, which was also damp. Bless. Oh and her towels are in the kitchen so used one of my clean bath towels to dry her off. I shall make sure to leave a couple of her micro towels on the landing bannister in future. Well awake so ...........came down, pilled and made tea, took it up and got back to bed until about 10.a.m. My babe sleeping in the porch bed even as we speak. Thatsaboutit x x x x
