Hold 1 DB at chest level and squat. 20 total standing bicep curl. 8 slow body squats/8 pulse squats fast ...3x thru w/out stopping. (burn it) 25 small ab crunches 10 straight leg raises (abs). 25 oblique crunches per side Do all exercises then rest 1 min Repeat 2-3 x..
