Good morning, wanted to update on Fern, she was in a very long time yesterday, still havent gotten a full report yet but what we understand is as they were in repairing her valves they noticed a lot of calcium build up on her lungs, this was most likely why she was so winded all the time, they scraped most of it off but as they tried to remove her from the heart lung machine she had trouble breathing, she will remain on the lung machine for a while until her lungs heal enough, I guess shes in for a long recovery, and gram is hanging in there, wish so bad we could be with her, shes so worried about her girl, so hard to hear the stress in her voice, but shes a tough little lady, she hasnt left the hospital since yesterday morning, please pray for gram and Fern, they sure could use them..xoxo
